•    GRIPPER WITH PROTECTIVE COATINGS: THE GRIPPER HAS BEEN DESIGNED WITH SOFT AND CUSTOM COATINGS, CAPABLE OF ENSURING A SECURE GRIP WITHOUT DAMAGING THE SURFACES OF THE COMPONENTS.
THIS ALLOWED THE HANDLING OF EVEN THE MOST DELICATE PIECES WITHOUT COMPROMISING THEIR AESTHETICS OR FUNCTIONALITY.
•    BIN PICKING SYSTEM WITH 3D VISION: TO DEAL WITH THE INITIAL DISORDER OF THE PIECES, A BIN PICKING SYSTEM WAS IMPLEMENTED. THANKS TO A 3D CAMERA AND IMAGE PROCESSING SOFTWARE, THE ROBOT IS ABLE TO RECOGNIZE, LOCATE AND PICK THE PIECES EVEN WHEN THEY ARE LOOSE, MAINTAINING A SAFE DISTANCE BETWEEN ONE COMPONENT AND ANOTHER TO AVOID ACCIDENTAL COLLISIONS.
